My 2022 tundra squeaking brakes only on reverse have taken but Toyota are aware / knows of problem but not know the solution .

Toyota won’t care. If it bothers you, take the wheel off, take the brakes apart and use the brake grease to lube the pins, pad backings and parking brake mechanisms. Usually quiets them down. Ceramic brakes are squeaky.
