FWIW, there are some rubber ducks with Yoda heads available for a reasonable cost. That said, I'm not interested.

Not sure how I feel about this. I suppose I would smile if it happened to my truck before I tossed it in the garbage. I definitely wouldn't keep them in my truck to "Yoda" other trucks. Even if I was 100% bought in, there's too many crazy people here that would turn dangerous if they saw me touching their property. People are too high strung nowadays.

I've seen a few Jeeps, when I go into Vegas, that have had a bunch of crazy looking ducks displayed on the dash. I usually cringe when I see it. That being said, I usually cringe at a lot of Vegas Jeeps. Too many angry eyes grills and "SoFlo Style" Jeeps rolling around on deep dish 22"s with neon pink or green undercarriage lighting. More power to you if that's how you want to spend your money. Just not my style.

Seems like the Jeep community is torn here as well because I've seen a few anti-Duck sticks too.

I like it ; my wife has a wrangler. We had one when we first got married too. Never understood the ducky thing but I think it’s something that just makes you smile. But I may be in the minority…..this is my keychain

This whole concept is a no for me. I get the want to create some sense of community, but scabbing onto some weird behavior from another crowd doesn't seem like the way. Not everyone with your vehicle type is an enthusiast. It's really just a car or a truck to most people, an appliance. This site is for enthusiasts. Car shows and meet are for enthusiasts. Putting miniature toys on a strangers car, is well, strange.

What if we slap bumper stickers on each other's trucks instead?
    "I hate cops"
    "Drugs onboard"
    Etc.

My wife had a silver rav4......they are like cockroaches around here. She also has a 1990 Jeep Wrangler and gets waved at all the time. She tried to implement the silver rav4 wave because she saw them everywhere......din't catch on. Most other people would wav e a middle finger or something (we live in the DC area so people aren't as friendly). It was actually pretty funny seeing her try so hard.....

If I ever find a Yoda/etc on my truck, there better be a note attached to it which reads: "I think you're cute. He's my number, call me."
......preferably left by an [attractive] female.

Otherwise, keep the childish, attention seeking, secret hand-shake games to yourself.
Sorry if I come off a bit harsh, but chalk me up to another one who's not interested.
When we're all rollin' on our Bugattis and have a secret club, I can see it, but we all drive an off assembly-line econo sh** boxes, and pretending to be anything special is a little, well...childish.

Let the Jeep kids plaster their mirrors with "high5" stickers, and if you really need attention and a "nod" from every driver of similar vehicle to you, then just get a Harley........you can then "wave" to every other idiot on 2 wheels, till you all DIAF when you eventually hit a pot hole while waving at each other.
    ;)

/me preparing for sh**storm coming my way.
    "Get off my lawn."

I’d be ok with this “Yoda” sticker. IMG_3653.jpg
Wave might be more of a where’s gift though.

While I don't think I want people leaving stuff on my truck, I appreciate the sentiment behind it.

I do occasionally give a quick flash of the lights or even a wave now and then to someone with a good looking Tundra.

That being said, Holy Shit some of you guys are wound a little tight!

LOL at the person who slammed the Star Wars reference, this whole 3rd gen truck is called the i Force Max and the front end looks like a storm trooper. You tell me it is not Star Wars influenced.

We could do one Yoda doll and relay around the country. Try to get a pic of it in every state.

Exactly. This is why I have the urge to beat the shit out of anybody that names their truck or calls it her or she.
    It's a fucking truck, not a girlfriend.

While not as gay as the whole Jeep duck thing, it's still pretty lame IMO. It's just a truck, it's nothing special.

Instead of a Yoda, how about a thong. While preferably not one that a man wore…. But you get the point. Unless your in to that type of thing.

For the record, the whole duck thing is NOT popular with "true" Jeep enthusiasts. I'm very active in a Jeep CJ community, and the overwhelming sentiment is negative towards strangers sticking junk in our CJs. It's a thing with the yuppie mall crawlers in pseudo Jeeps.

As for waving at passing drivers, everyone waves in my neck of the woods, regardless of what they are driving. It's just a friendly gesture between locals.
