I've been on this board for about a year and so I know there's been alot of discussion about mod tools that allow you to change tones, start/stop details, etc.

I'm ready to make some mods to my 23 Tundra but would like to know which tool as of today provides the most options to modify my truck.

Some must haves:

Default start/ stop to off

No lights on tone since they turn off automatically

Disable rear seat belt tone the dogs keep triggering
