2022 Tundra - Random pop-up on screen

Is anyone experiencing the random pop-up on the Infotainment screen prompting for a PIN, or a Request to Reset PIN, in either case results in nothing.... I have to continually hit Cancel to get rid of the pop-up. My Dealership is scratching their heads.

 

Key fob may need to be linked to profile in infotainment settings.

So here is what I did, which apparently corrected the PIN pop-up.

1. On my iPhone Toyota App, opened my Profile, Security Settings, Reset PIN screen.
2. Reset my PIN on the App, actually by entering the original PIN.
3. Next pop-up in truck, entered my "new" PIN and she responded with a SUCCESS message

I had 20 pop-ups during my travel on Friday. Performed the above and no more all weekend since.... so we shall see...

Note that my dealership in Tridelphia, WV was ZERO help.... Also still living with the problem of not being able to update my Favorites list in the truck.... Their first attempt at correcting the Pop-up issue was to cycle power on cell phone, then get in the truck, start it and wait 45 seconds before putting in Drive.... Which was obviously to no avail, and to which I offered a smart a$$ reply...

 

I fixed it (apparently), and I found nothing on here of the process I performed, the FOB linking does not work.
Speaking of which, I'm still waiting to hear back from you on my disappearing added "Favorites".... shall I search for that as well?

Since Dealer service last week the "pin needed" screen pops up every few minutes. I have tried the FOB paring, the reset pin on the screen, and the pin reset on the app that above people have suggested and have done each several times. I saw the "pin reset successful" green text come on the app also (twice).
The 2023 Capstone is going back to dealer for front end check and alignment next week, so maybe someone at the dealer can fix this.
OH and also this afternoon I saw a message telling "the network is unavailable". Have never seen this message before.
