    The molding half way up the door is unpainted on my truck. I have tried forever black and everything else..nothing has worked. I'm considering taping it very well, light sand, prime, and a black spray specifically for plastic/trim. Does anyone have any thoughts.

    1. That trim was never truly black-black, it was dark charcoal grey, so if you're looking for black-black, vinyl dye paint is your only option.
    2. Most products on the market, especially what Meguiar's sells, are garbage and don't last.
    3. Griot's has which will get it charcoal grey again, and several members can provide proof of that.
    Project Farm is one of my favorite YouTube channels. They did a big shootout, but it didn't include the product I prefer, which is linked above.
