I have a 2013 sequoia SR5. I’ve installed a new Sony XAV-9000es aftermarket head unit because BOSS sucks and we literally smashed it with a 4lb hammer. Regardless; I’m still having the same problem with the back up camera guide lines being blurry. The picture is flawless and a WAY better picture than BOSS ever was, but still the guideline issue. I installed a 6v dropdown in the vehicle when installing the BOSS, but noticed the camera would work with or without the dropdown. Are the blurry lines caused by the lower voltage or is the screen size simply not collaborated for this camera? Also, is a 6v dropdown even necessary for my vehicle?
