2005 Tundra SR5

Am I the only person hamfisted enough to shear teeth off this heater control knob gear? Wondering if this is a common enough problem that these are being 3d printed or if there is a way to only buy the gear and not an entire control cluster ? I greased up the cables and diverters but the damage has already been done….Any advice appreciated. I attached a couple pictures of what I’m talking about, it’s the one that controls airflow direction.
