2004 4WD will not work

I have replaced both actuators and mechanic has tested them. The back actuator works correctly but the front will only disengage. Will not even try to engage. We have traced wires and the are thinking the 4WD controller computer might need replaced.

Also the ABS light is one and both my front sensors need replaced. would this affect the 4WD?
