So the door sticker says 30 f and 33 r.. The Yokohama 255 70 18 says 45 max for seating and 45 for pressure. I am towing a 31ft RV so the right pressure is needed. Thanks in advance.

    Lots of stuff!
I would add at least 5 psi in the rear tires when towing. Sounds like a heavy tongue load on the rear of the truck.

Whats the tongue weight on the RV? That heavy I’d go the full 45.

WDH and brake controller are a must.

What make and model trailer? That hitch weight seems a bit light for such a long trailer.
    I’d do 45/45.

i towed it with my silverado and decided to go with a tundra for a little more towing cap... its really a light RV 4000 per the specs.. we dont overload it so we are careful of how much weight we add

With only 605 on the tongue I would leave the fronts alone and just add the 5 psi to the rears. The starting point for the your tires should be determined by the weight of the truck and tire manufacturers recommendations along with Toyota's specs.

With weight distribution, you would see maybe 150 to 200 lbs on the front axle based on you 605 lbs tongue weight. The same increase on the rear axle and the rest sent back to the trailer axle(s). Not a huge load on the truck but 5 psi in the rears will help to stiffen up potential sidewall flex.

I would estimate that the tongue weight of the 31 footer would be more around 1,000 lbs?? My little 22' Airstream is putting more on the tongue of my truck when I add the weight of the trailer the the WDH hitch, I am adding 640 lbs to my truck. In my case I add 5 psi to my rear tires. My tires are E rated so they are quite stiff to start with. I run them typically at 40 psi and they have an upper limit of 80 psi.

Dont over fill the front tires, if they are too full your steering will suck.

    rears i would max

PBNB nailed it .... leave front alone and add 5 lb's to the rears!
