Anyone have photos of what the truck would look like with the A-pillar matching the body? Is it just a plastic piece that can be removed? Really dig the 3rd Gen in White, but not a fan of the black trim trying to make it look pillar-less or the "floating roof" look.

It's a vinyl. You can peel it off.

Came off really easily. It is under the weather seal a little bit, so take your time to ensure you get it all. Just let it sit out in the sun for a while to warm it up before you peel it off.

I hadn't noticed they put black vinyl on the A pillars. Now that I looked, it definitely looks a helluva lot better without it.

I really wanted to do this for a while, and was sort of forced into doing it. Both sides were starting to peel from the top and the dealership ordered new ones to replace under warranty. They called and said that it required removing weather seal to do the replacement, and I said screw it, I’ll just remove it. Did it in the parking lot of the dealership in about 5 minutes. Glad I did it!!
