I have an 04 Double Cab and the frame was replaced . . . 2014-2017 if I remember right

When I got it 3 years ago it still had stickers in the front wheel well on the frame that said something like 'Caution: Heavy Part. Team Lift' Something to that effect.

Like 1 fella is going to lift a frame alone.

I’m sure there have been many 04-06 Tundra frames replaced but find it hard to believe any dealer was able to do it under the 00-03 Recall.

If you don’t know for sure when frame was replaced, you can always create an account at Toyota owners site and see when it was done, along with other maintenance if recorded. The frame replacement would show the Op codes used, which are telling in and of themselves.

Of course this was 9 years ago.

Given the mention of CRC, tells me they were possibly performing the 04-06 Limited Service Campaign that came out in 2013.
During that inspection, owner apparently was informed of frame condition and chose to replace the frame. It does not however mean it was done under the recall.

Ok, said 'warranty paid' and was well out of warranty at that time. Assumed it was recall related.
