Anyone running bilstein 5100 (0-1”) with +3 coachbuilder shackles? Which is .75” over the lift that the bilsteins are “made” for.
The rear tires won’t be leaving the ground so they shouldn’t be stretched.

    Too many, but not enough....
I'm using 5160 with +3 shackles and Roadmaster springs for a total of 2.5 inch lift in the rear, which is a full inch over the 5160s range. David from CB said it shouldn't be a problem because the trucks suspension will prevent it from over extending. Provided of course you don't have some crazy blocks or leafs. Also, I highly recommend extended bump stops and brake line relocation kit.

I've been offroading often and got some nice flex and a few oops drops and smooth as butter.

You should be fine with the +3 but +2 would be an even safer bet

Only problem being, I did bilstein 5100 in the front at the bottom setting with eibach 2.5 springs to get 3in of lift in front. Well it lifted it a little more then 3 inch so it’s about 3/4” higher in the front then the back

Oh I get it. You want the three but have the 2.

How long ago did you do the swap? I was under the impression new suspension setups will settle and lose a little of the initial hike

Most of the time there really is no settling that shoould happen, unless it is overloaded, or poorly made. Mfgs take the set out of these springs before you get it.
