Converting rear ac in double cab

Hypothetically speaking, would swapping the rear kick plate and air duct piece in the center console get me air vents in the back of my double cab? I’ve seen this on last gen’s but need a second opinion on our trucks. I’d have to get the whole console out to verify but I’m sure it’s a doable mod unless I’m missing something.
