So, this is an odd one. I've noticed it before, but not like this weekend. I have an android Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra, latest software updates on it, running android auto 10.2.633224-release - so I tried to give it a command to send a text msg via the voice button... it missed like half or more of my words in my msg. I tried numerous different words in my msgs, over 4-5 or so msgs - now I'd been thru an area earlier with no coverage, but was now back in good cell service when I got these errors. So, what it was trying to send, was not even what I was telling it to send... so I'd cancel... Finally, I did a powerfail reboot, holding the head unit power button for 5 or so seconds, till it rebooted... it cleared everything up - I was able to send the msg - I went back thru this area later yesterday, and it did it again, so I rebooted it again, and it worked... strange.

I had issues this weekend with mine as well. Not with messages per se but car play in general. System was super sluggish and would not respond to touch commands. I did a reboot and it went away.

I've also noticed that when it slips into camera mode - it shuts down any interaction with Android Auto. apparently the unit can't multi-task. Though, to be fair, I'm sure it takes a bit to stitch together, the overhead view from all the cameras. This one isn't such a big deal for me as the initial post I made.
