I know there is a fuel recall and fuel gauge level issue, but I have another weird issue ultimately causing fuel to overflow and spill while pumping. Video below.

I ran down a full tank down to 1/8 fuel remaining so I know I have an empty tank.

When I went to the pump to refuel, the pump kept clicking off. No matter what I did with position of fuel nozzle, manual fill and auto fill the pump kept stopping after 2 seconds.

I went back home and grabbed a fuel jug to manually fill and see what's going on. Since the fuel jug has an open nozzle and I can see the tube down the fuel tube I was able to see that the fuel had a hard time flowing down the neck.

Fuel flow looked to be restricted and causing a backflow issue which caused the fuel to spit out.

I tried 3 other pumps at the same station and another entirely different station to make sure it wasn't the gas station pumps.

    Anyone else have this issue?

I didn’t spend the money to just swap out stuff.
Haven't run into any fueling issues on the 23 Pro.

Is your truck a hybrid? There’s a valve on the hybrids only. If this happens, press the fuel door button again. Sometimes it takes a minute for the valve in the fuel tank filler neck to open due to internal pressures or other factors.

Yeah it is a HV. Interesting I'll give that another shot. I had closed/opened the fuel door button twice when I went to another gas station to try and fill.
