My BIL has a really fancy fire pit he had a special company build for him, probably cost him 5k. Fuck that, its just for sitting around, drinking, and burning shit. I'm with Outbound, my HD pit was like $300 and it suits us just fine.

I built my pit for under $100. Been going strong for years.




Best part, is mine is dual fuel. I have a propane/natural gas insert that fits perfect for those “after work, want a beer by the fire” nights. (Requires no setup)

 

Better yet, strap it to your leg and tell them it's your pee bag. They see those in the strip club all of the time.

me too! I buried a gas line to the edge of patio with the appropriate fittings and flex hose to tie into a tank.
