Over on tacoworld OTT announced a few weeks ago they officially finished a canned tune for the 4runner. I think y'all are all right, and that they've finally collected all of the baselines they needed to roll out finished canned tunes for all the variables they encountered

Edit: said post. But who know what the real answer is until we hear from the source. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...-overland-tailor.759590/page-60#post-29000546

@ViktorG must want you to make him a custom 50mm pulley for his Harrop to spin it to the moon!

    I wish that were true!
You actually cannot run smaller than a 60mm on the Harrop as it will not clear.
I am having a hard time preventing belt slip even with the Griptec treatment on mine, might have to go to a bigger pulley :(

And you are already running the 7” under drive pulley I take it? Just trying to do the math, if you are and had a 60mm I guess that means you’re cranking the Harrop at nearly 20k rpm if you’re running your built motor to 6500rpm? Well, at least 19k.

    Yeah, you are pretty close.
It is an 8" lower pulley though, so at 7200 shift RPM it is spinning the blower at around 24K
There is no more to be squeezed out of the Harrop.

I tried doing some searches, but couldn't find anything definitive. Anyone know what baseline fuel pressure the Harrop modified FRP is set to? What's stock?

I'm starting to get a baseline tune with DW650's setup and working injector multiplier now and a higher base fuel pressure will affect this a bit.

I called Harrop and they had no answer to the fuel pressure question to their own modified regulator.

I still don’t know the definitive answer to this. Maybe ask on the boosted page.

Paging, @Vizsla Not sure what your engine combo is, but I know you have a gauge on the fuel system. What is your setup and baseline pressure?

Wow! Maybe i have missed it and you have covered it before, but what approach have you taken on the cooling system to try and manage all of the heat that blower is creating at that high rpm?

The basic formula is: base fuel psi + boost psi + pump lose= fuel psi required
Mines at 43.5+10+5=58.5 regardless of injector size. This was shooting for 600hp.
I believe prospeed requires to have it at 60psi for starting their tuning.

When I installed the Deaschwerks 300, forgetting to dial the FPR back, (from the defective Walbro 450) I had over a hundred for a bit. I'm running at 50 at idle now, I see 60 when driving.

I'm more looking to see the delta on the Harrop "crush" over stock PSI. I found a few references on FB, but nothing definitive. Toyota spec is 38-43PSI at idle. I've found 43PSI @ idle (boost referenced) for Harrop mentioned, but not confirmed. Either way, it looks like it bumps 11% at absolute most, so I probably will just do a base scale for injector size and see how the closed loop fuel trims look and dial it in from there. Once I get closed loop dialed in, I'll start working on PE tables.

Nice thats a big tank. Seems like it works well for you. Best has been 11.59@119 on motor. Spray wiped out the input shaft and counter shaft last time so i am not sure what it will do on spray. Sure is fun on the street though!IMG_7431.jpg IMG_7196.png IMG_6489.png

Man...upstream O2 sensor started acting erratic. Was in boost and looked at my afr and saw it dancing between 10 and 14 then sticking at 18. Got a p0138 code when I got gas. Funny that my rear o2 have Sims on them. Guess when upstream goes out it reverts to using the rear. Hopefully it's just the upstream one passenger side.

This is 100% incorrect and missing a lot of contextual details. We had some very specific instructions and requirements set to ensure you got the absolute best possible calibration possible. But as we were told those steps were not willing to be made, and thus we elected to pass on the work.

Sorry it didn't work out, but we're not in the business of taking short cuts to make quick buck.
