Warning concerning Toytec Boss 2.0 Aluma Series Coilovers! These pictures are from a 2006 Tundra dbl cab. The coilovers are less than two years old and have never been abused. 97% pavement and about 3% gravel roads. Absolutely unacceptable. I would remove them from my truck immediately if you have them! Broke while driving 20mph(thank god!) on the pavement.

:ohsnap: My "order water filter" light is lit on my Whirlpool fridge. I might tell everyone to stop using their Whirlpools.

Sorry to hear this OP. Not the first Toytec failure unfortunately and probably won't be the last. Although this is the first Alumna failure I've seen.

Very scary, we had just finished driving up the Million dollar highway when it broke in the town of Silverton, Co. Glad it didn't send my family and me over the cliff. The axle and brake caliper were destroyed.

Unfortunately I think you'll find that you're not alone in this experience. Glad everyone made it out safe from the ordeal

Op, do you have any more details to add here? Have you reached out to Toytec? Have they commented on this?

Yes, I did and finally spoke to the manager who said she had never heard of this occurring. I find that very hard to believe. They did comp a set of the Ultimates, a lessor set of coilovers but refused to help with the other 3k in damage to my truck or the rental cars. They were not open to an investigation and did not want to see the broken parts. I live nearby too!
