2014 Tundra SR5 5.7l

my center console screen has gone white and stays illuminated even when the truck is off. It did this once before, I tried pulling the battery and it didnt help but it spontaneously fixed itself about a week later. Now its done it again, anybody know what causes this problem and how i can fix it? I'm assuming theres a loose connection or something.
