Do 2010's rust more than 2012's?

I've been looking to buy a 2012 and found a 2010 which looks good except for what appears to me to be an unusual amount of rust for a Tundra who's Carfax is complete and shows ownership in Waco TX its whole life.

Do most 2010's look like this? Or is this a lemon?

Thx for your input and opinion, Walt.

That looks damn good to me, just the usual surface rust on things that always slightly rust. Good luck.

That's nothing compared to rust on vehicles from the Northeast. What you've shown is "normal" especially on non-stainless steel exhaust components that see hot/ cold temperature cycles. To prevent further rust to the underside frame/ body parts, you can apply a couple coats of cosmoline.

Thanks a bunch for the replies. I guess the 2012 and 2013's I've seen here, where the exhaust lines/etc are rust-free, are exceptional? The reason I questioned this rust on the 2010 was because it's the exception compared to all the other's I've looked at which have been only a couple years older.

Yeah, that actually looks really good for a 14 yr old truck.
I'm in the NE and never undercoated my 2011 (bought new in 2011). It looked like that at 2 yrs old. I ended up having to prep and repaint the entire rear axle before it was 3 yrs old.
