Interior LED Strip Lights - NOT Working

Has anyone had their LED door panels and dash strip lights stop working? Even the MODE button will not turn them on/off. Fix if you have run into this?

 

Take it to the dealership, should be warranty?

 

Yeah I was trying to NOT take it in. But looks like I might just have too even with the recalls as well. How long will they have it is the question??

 

Have you checked fuses? Is there power at the MOOD button?

 

Yes … really odd it does work but only during the day time almost like the light sensor that controls that is off. I do run the display in dark mode all the time but this is something that just started happening. I was able to get them on the other night by turning the lights on from auto but then once I put in drive they went off. Guess I will have to schedule a visit to the dealer.

 

I figured it out!!!! ……. If you dim the interior light to 2 steps from lowest dim setting it turns off LED Strip lighting. So somehow that switch to dim got bumped or pressed and caused this whole thing. I even tried that button several times with no luck. Just wish we were able to control the color.
