Check Engine Light..pulls up a code 2443..air injection air pumps under passenger side to be replaced?
    none
Just bought a 2007 Toyota Tundra on the 1st of August. It's throwing a P2443 Code which means the air injection pumps need replaced...I checked YOU Tube and done some research..It seems the pumps are by the passenger wheel well. I don't have the mechanic capability or the patience to work on this...Does anyone know how to fix.
I already have a personal mechanic, but I've already had a vehicle done by him...He is very good and reasonable...

Did the Hewitt kit recommended by Shanet421 about 2 years ago on my sons 06 Dbl Cab. Was a relatively easy "repair" and no issues since. Cost around $200. Highly recommend this route.

Damn, that's dirty. Someone cleared the code and sold the vehicle. In California, that would go back to the seller since it would not pass smog with a CEL.

Sleazy gang. Everyone knows it won't trip until vehicle cold and sat overnight.
