The third time I saw Iron Maiden was the first time my brother saw them. I had kind of forgotten how amazing their stage show is until I realized how impressed he was, which took me back to the first time I'd seen them 6 years earlier and how impressed I was.

 

Lol. I had to read that 4-5 times to get the context. Didn’t help that my first thought on that pic was it looks like she’s fighting a case of diarrhea.

 

50 comes next week and I already threw out my back stepping on a Lego in the dark at 4:30 this morning. Woke everyone in the house, hell maybe even the neighbors. Amazing how those tiny little pieces can put someone down in less than a second.

 

So true. My son’s first concert was Metallica. The group around us was a buzz kill and it kind of ruined my mood. So not the best experience for him. This will be my daughter’s first concert and probably my last Metallica show, so I’m going all in.

 

Lol. So true. We should use those as cluster munitions. 100% effective. Conflicts over in days.

I don't speed, and I don't floor it for those numbers. Doesn't hurt that the limits where I am are 35-55 so it's the sweet spot for mileage.

That mentality is commendable, but gotta have the sense to not put yourself outta commission. I wasn't careful with a concussion and it permanently ruined anything that jostled my head. No jumping bicycles or trampolines. Hell, just jogging makes my head hurt ever since. Let her know that "doing it anyway" might make it so she never gets to do it again.

I wish her a speedy recovery. I know down time is hell for an athlete.

 

Need to set up a few robo dialers to call that number 24/7.
