Grab a beer or six+. Laugh at me or with me, just for kicks.

If you got that super fast air dam jump in and start the truck for a few seconds then turn it off and hold the wiper handle up until you hear the air dam A-10 go brrrrr. Can't wait to show my family that, we grew up poor.

Shoulder crawl your fat butt under from the drivers door and drain your oil, 14m, but you're fat so grab a 17 first so you get up a few times and downside 1m at a time and burn off some of those tacos. You should aim to do this on a Tuesday ;). Pay attention to the rubber gasket to see if it stays on the pan or falls off into the oil pan. Fish it out cause that's our luck. Let it drain. Maybe 10 minutes or 2 beers. Remind yourself to take off the oil filler cap to add that race fuel funneling affect. You could also preemptively take off the engine splash guard right now, but beer.

Put the oil pan drain bolt back in.

See all those suggestions online to use a 1/2" tube for draining off that sweet oil filter catch pan. That is nice. Very Nice. - Borat. My wife. - Borat again. I like a stupid movie.

Realize you only have tubing for a kegerator that is 5/8" and panic. You're going on a 1000 mile road trip in two days. Calm down when you see those dollar store pool noodles, nice.

Do your test fit and feel confident. Extra confident since finding that the old oil filter socket from your wife's Suzuki Aero fits this filter too. Shotgun a beer in excitement. Yes sir we are on our way.

Crack the filter open and hold the noodle on there, wondering if it's too hot and might melt some plastic to your hands, but you say you're good friend and go with the flow.

Stand up and look at your, uh excellence. Good thing you bought shop towels, right?

Repeat in reverse and let it warm up and watch your oil pressure gauge while enjoying a beverage.

Filter: 90915-YZZF1 - up to further discussion. Got it off Amazon since the local dealer doesn't have a parts department, allegedly.
Oil: Pennzoil Ultra Platinum - some kind of carbon neutral 0W-20. :notsure:

Was this the first oil change?
Was the oil filter put on at the factory by King Kong?

was the oil mess due to human error or pool noodle failure? (Asking for friend who has access to pool noodles).

After 50# years of DIY oil changes I've finally learned used motor oil is actually good for concrete.
