I messed up...just finished an alternator swap in my 2006 Tundra - battery wasnt charging and tested bad at Autozone - swap went fine other than the fact that I didn't disconnect the battery initially and when reconnecting the new alternator my wrench arced against the power-steering pump. I disconnected the battery after this, however after buttoning up everything and starting the car many systems were not working.

ABS dash-light is on, gauge backlighting and transmission indicators not lighting up, radio not starting up and blower and AC unit will not turn on. I checked all of the fuses and was not able to find any blown fuses. Truck runs and drives fine, headlights work, dome lights are on, power locks and windows work.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can check? Thanks

Check the big main fuses in the underhood fuse box. One is green and the other is black. They both have a wire connected with a 10mm bolt.

Did you want to tell us what year, cab type, engine is in your truck so we can help you? I'm going to guess it's an '06 based on your username, but those other details (cab type, engine, 2WD/4WD, trim level) really do help us help you.

In which case, if 2006, I'd check the 120A/130A/140A square fuse specifically, which can be a real pain in the ass to remove and difficult to "read" as blown (use a meter!) - circled here in red - I think from an '06 double cab, but check under your lid to confirm it's labeled as the "ALT" fuse:
