Programming new key fob gone wrong

I took my 2022 tundra to get a second fob programmed, after it was done the old remote fob would no longer unlock the doors but it would still start the car with the push to start. The new fob was the same. Anyone know whats going on? And what i can do to fix it
( the car is outside the us so no toyota dealer is willing to take it in)

Good news!!, i finally got it done. Does anyone know how i can get rid of the new key programmed message that pops up every time you enter the truck
