2008 frame excessive rust and crossmember replacement options

    I own a 2008m Tundra . Base model crew cab. It failed inspection for rusted out crossmembers in the back. What are my options and is there replacement parts available to just bolt on. I am a welder so I was thinking of fabricating new ones and just boxing in the frame but, I just don't know.
