So my dealership had my Truck today for oil change, alignment and tire rotation. They took it for test drive after the alignment.

When I picked it up it had a big rock chip on the hood scoop.

the dealer says they will mail me touch up paint but it’s on back order. They also said they might replace the scoop. Anyone else dealt with this before? Do the scoops come already painted?

Yeah, unfortunately this happened to me last year. I ordered touch up paint through Amazon, not 100% but it worked out pretty well. If they do not replace the scoop that's what I recommend doing.
