I’ve replaced starter, fuses, relays, and ignition switch, and I still can’t get my truck to start. It’s a 02 4.7L.

SO.......what happens when you turn the key....does it crank? No crank? Click? Do headlights, fans, etc work?

The most common cause of not cranking....is bad battery cables and or terminals.

If it cranks but doesn't start, most likely is fuel pump, or cam position sensor.

I always feel bad for people who go through the pain of changing the starter when it's rarely ever the starter.

Knowing you can test the pins at the relay for power - @JCraft402628, are you getting power to the starter relay socket on the leg that should have power? That would've been the first thing I tested. If I had power there, I'd have jumpered it to force the starter to kick over. If I didn't, I'd know there was no reason to replace the starter.
