Is there a specific Tundra I should avoid if I'm sensitive?

It's so manly it needs two less cylinders to crank out more horsepower and torque. :mudding:

The irony of this whole thread is that a 21 DC TRD Pro in Lunar Rock is likely the rarest configuration of Tundra. Unicorn is a stretch, but likely the closest thing there is for a 21.

I looked a couple days ago because I was curious, and there were maybe 2 DC Pros for sale nationwide.

There are 3 maybe 4 on this forum that I have seen. The DC Pro is my favorite looking Tundra. Especially @TelemarkTumalo 's.
(Looks are down the list for me though which is why I'm in a different configuration...)

Whatever you want to call it, Toyota made exceedingly few of them, and they got dropped altogether for the 3rd gen.

@Baller I’m the “unicorn” OP. Please see attached pic of my “best gen” 02. Truly, it was also a unicorn. ‘02. 21k original miles when I purchased it from the original owner. Garage kept and mint. One way flight to Nebraska. Drove it home. A pleasure to drive. It was honestly a miserable day when I sold it to a gentleman from Colorado who paid me handsomely, in addition to the cost of his travel to fly one way to Texas, plus the expenses to drive the beauty home to CO. I miss that truck everyday. You won’t get any disagreement from me that the 1st gen has something special about it that will never be replicated. However, once you stop *snickering* and you actually research how rare a ‘21 Pro DC in Lunar Rock is…I think you’ll agree that I found a unicorn. But thanks for getting the word out for me. What a guy.IMG_8166.jpg

@Baller all good for me. I liked your post, and cried in the corner because it reminded that I was an idiot for selling that truck.

Right on. I hope you learned your lesson. I don't want to see any threads about you selling the one you just picked up. Keep that beauty and enjoy it, for years to come.

Pffft, I'm still an honorary first genner. Just ask @bmf4069 or @DJenerated . Ok, maybe not the latter. He's mad at me for not liking Batman...

I believe the Canadian 2003 Terminator 3 Special Edition in 4x4 and Imperial Jade Mica paint is officially the rarest Tundra on earth. Prove me wrong.

Supercharger was dealer option. Any Tundra could've came with one installed from the dealer. The Ivan Stewart edition TRD is super rare too. But I know they only made like 300 4x4 T3's and the overwhelming majority of all 850 T3's made were black. Very few were Imperial Jade Mica
