So this happened last week in the heat and the paint from the pen dried really quickly as I was rushing to get paper to wipe it off. Watched some YouTube videos and I think I use a razor that I tape the corners so it doesn’t scratch too deep and then buff out the excess? Please help

Always start least aggressive. A razor blade and scraping is a level 11 out of 10. Try some lacquer thinner on a soft cotton rag with a bit of elbow grease. Out of the sun. All things finish related should be out of the sun.

ETA those touch up pens are generally enamel, just like nail polish, so if your sig other has some polish remover laying around that would be quicker and cheaper.

Some nail polish remover pads at dollar general worked like a charm. Thanks for the great cheap advise
