2010 Toyota tundra

Today I jumped started my 2010 four door four wheel drive truck with the cables reversed. After changing cable’s correctly it would only turn over and not start. After changing A 10 and 15 fuse it started up. Not sure if they were bad, could only get them to light up on one side of fuse. With charger on high it will stay running with many idiot lights on. Soon after unplugging charger it loses electric power and stops. It also will not go in gear while running. Also can not get the hand held trouble shooting rig to come on to get rid of idiot lights. Need help

 

I’d check the main fuse. Same thing happened in this vid.

My problem is the Maine fuse box.my brother-in-law is good with this stuff. He has now by-passed the Maine with a 150amp fuse in till I can get a main fuse box installed. Thanks for everyone help.
