I'm very disappointed with Toyota, I have a 2012 Honda Accord and the headlight lenses are still like new,my 2018 tundra lenses are all fogged on top and scratched and I do take very good care of my truck ,only 25000 miles. My Honda has more than double the mileage. Toyotas lenses are a real disappointment . Shame on you Toyota .

Sand them and polish them. There's a lot of youtube videos out there on that process.

Is your truck parked in the sun for it's entire life?

It’s common with these headlights to haze on top especially when they sit in the sun a lot. If you polish them, the issue will come back if you don’t clear coat them with 2K clear coat.

I haven't done anything to them except clean the bugs off when I wash the truck. I have always parked in the garage at home so it doesn't sit out in the open when not being driven.

On my 2006, the lenses got cloudy even though I had that in the same garage during it's 12 year life with a few exceptions when I was working on a motorcycle project that needed the garage space. I tried a few polish kits which improved things but did not restore to original clarity. I finally replaced both headlights with after-market units when I sold it to my daughter to get the 2018.
