These parts have some minor "aesthetic challenges"... You can see what I'm talking about below. These deformations happened in our thermoformed. Some gasses got trapped and created these dents. We typically do not have this type of sale and we normally don't have stock like this due to our manufacturing process.

We will not accept returns for these, but if they get damaged in shipping, we'll work something out.

They should function the same of "perfect" BumperShellz. Go on with sticky tape and will still cover all your chrome, they just have dimples. In fact, here's a photo.

I purchased some of these recently for front and rear. I don't even think they have shipped yet. Could I change my order and have you ship some of these blemished front ones and get a refund on the difference? If its too much work to change it, I completely understand. PM me.

 

Just so you (and anyone reading this thread is aware) these parts aren't necessarily meant to be a long-term chrome delete solution. But I did send you a PM

 

What does this mean?
Your products don't last very long?
Your parts in general or the blemished parts?

 

These parts have gas trap deformations. We usually scrap parts that get gas trapped. As far as I'm aware, we haven't ever sold defected/deformed parts before, so it's uncharted territory. I'm not entirely sure what will happen if you're flying down the highway at over 65 mph.

No, our products, in their perfect formations, are designed to last the lifetime of the truck.
Technically speaking, if you follow our instructions, the deformed parts are also permanent and should stay on your truck by way of the 3M adhesive bonds.

Our BumperShellz are meant to look 100% stock. I promise these will not. These defect parts are meant for:

• People who are exploring chrome delete, but don't want to commit to our full price
• Want to chrome delete and don't care if doesn't look stock
• Got into an accident, have TPO Shellz already and just want to cover it up before insurance kicks in. (And don't care that it won't look stock).
• Love science and think have deformed Shellz are cool, interesting and a little weird.

JUST the "blemished" parts. In general, these are meant to be a permanent chrome delete solution. This is not a "blemish", however. This part is slightly different in a more tangible way. I'll upload a picture from behind shortly of a "perfect" part vs. one of these parts

I've been going back and forth for years on getting these for my 2014 chrome bumper ends.
Every time I almost bite the bullet, something else comes up..

 

You're our target audience for this campaign! It's less expensive and has essentially the same function. This is definitely for the "on-the-fence" type customers. It's like a Costco sample. Hate it? Toss it. Who are we to judge? You get a slightly deformed front bumper that you will probably like the look of, we get rid of the stock. Win-win!
