Ecu fuse missing still runs

So I'm having a weird electrical issue. I had a vanity light connection ground itself out but didn't blow fuse. So I secured all that. Now the ecu fuse right above it when I pull it out the truck keeps running and dome lights go off with or without the original dome fuse in. If I pull ecu fuse air bag light stays on and seat settings half work and also seat memory doesn't work. Please help don't won't to go to dealer....
