I have looked through both manuals is there a seek button on the steering wheel that I’m missing. I’m sick of have to hit the seek button on the screen and try to drive at the same time.

Assuming you're talking about the FM radio, having you tried holding it down for a few seconds? That's how the FM seek works in our other vehicles.

I can't remember the last time I listened to FM in my truck, so I'm not 100% sure about the Tundra. No knock against FM. I just live out in the sticks and the 4 FM stations I get reception with are awful, so I mostly listen to Sirius.

I have tried everything including holding the button, but no good way to tune or search for stations. My Sirius FM has now been turned off so it is a pain to look for stations when traveling. Have not tried the voice command. do that tomorrow. My Tacoma had a Scan button, so easy to look for stations.
