Yeah, I'm not interested in anything in CA besides the weather, and it's not good enough to deal with everything else. Same for Oregon and Washington.

Sure, you have it, but you can't carry it. I can't pass through the state with mine where it is of any use. (In Oregon. I'm assuming WA is similar.) I'll pass.

 

OR has open carry for you out of state folks... i just don't think they honor CCWs from other states

I forget about all these carry nuances; fortunately, I don't have to worry about any of that mess

Nah. I don't want to be the first guy shot by the psycho. I'd rather be concealed and be able to respond when bad guys do evil things. Open carry makes you a target for the bad guy and for harassment.

 

Yeah it's BS. WA was very pro 2A until just recently, passing some ridiculous laws that won't accomplish anything.

 

Same with NY city and NY state.
I've always wanted to visit the PNW. It looks like some of the most beautiful country there is. I sure as hell wouldn't be going to see any of the major cities. They're the same in every state.
But I'm worried about bigfoot.

 

CT doesn't dictate open vs concealed, but I never open carry. I always feel like people that due are looking for attention, and that is the exact opposite of my grey man objective.

 

And you want to carry if you're going to run into Bigfoot!
