I had a lemon law buyback with Toyota (2009 or Highlander). I had a lemon law attorney handle it for me. Dealer/corp wont take it off your hands unless you trade it in....it'll have to be a lemon law process. I suggest you contact an attorney and begin the process.

Dealers dont take back vehicles like returns on things like Costco. Never did.

Price out a lawyer and then do some of your own research on lemon laws in your state.
Internet is full of info on this.

In the end, they'll repair the vehicle correctly. If this is a lease, who cares they'll get it back at the end of the lease.
If you own it, see where it goes. Trade it in or not.

In the mean time, they should be giving you a loaner car. Enjoy beating the heck out of it.

I know a guy (it was a GM). His new truck was in the shop for months waiting on a transmission. He made the parts manager give him the right contact at corporate. They covered his payment for the whole time it was in the shop. I would go that route. At least you're not paying on a truck you cant use.
