Repaint bumper ends? Or buy bumper caps?

My new to me 2019 TRP PRO has paint damage to the passenger side front and rear bumper ends. Deep enough the ends would have to be sanded and repainted.

Would it be less expensive, and less hassle, to just buy and install bumper caps? Or, should I take it to a place like Carsmetics and have them sand down and repaint them?

I don't know much about the cost or labor for repainting the bumper ends. Or, the labor involved if I bought and installed the caps over the current paint damaged bumper ends.

    Your thought are appreciated.

Very Nice!!! ... I wish I had the ability to do that, but I would make more of a mess if I tried that myself. I would need to proper equipment to sand down the buggered up paint on their now, to make it smooth. I don't trust myself to do that. I'd turn a $400 repair job into a $4,000 repair of the repair :)
