Found this bolt in the driveway... where did it come from?

I was replacing the seal where my front diff meets my passenger side axle when I found this in the driveway (on the opposite side of the truck). Not sure how long it had been there or if it was related to my front diff at all. I don't think it was.

I've recently completed a variety of other work on the truck so this could have come from a lot of places. The fact that it is so clean and shiny should be a clue. I'm hoping one of the experts on here could point me to some places to look as I can't seem to find where it belongs.

    Thanks in advance!

Check your floor jack. That looks like the bolt that holds the handle in place.

I heard if you put it under your pillow and wait for the rust fairy to arrive, you’ll wake up to a 2006 DC Tundra in your driveway :p

I think this is more correct.

Ding ding ding! Goes to my floor jack. Phew. Thanks for the helpful (and some not so helpful lol) comments.

    Cheers!

Thanks. I once purchased a floorjack from Harbor Freight (big mistake). It was missing that very bolt. They could not get that bolt and as a result exchanged the jack for a new one. It had a different problem and leaked oil all over the floor. Returned that one for a refund and bought a different one for a bunch more money... But the new one was make in the USA :)

Another vote for a floor jack bolt.

The 88 indicates that it came off of Dale Jr's car. Did you blow your Dale call recently?
