OME Lift and Dakar springs; DAP Tune, FN Rims, Toyo Open Country AT3, Driver grab handle mod, disable TPS mod, rear seat fold down mod
2016 DC SR5 TRD, 5.7, OME lift about 3", diff drop, 34" tires.

Finally time, passenger side CV boot went, did not catch, sand got in there. Been researching this is what came up with below, I'm confused a bit on seals....might do driver side same time tbd. I have done wheel bearings both sides under 6 months ago. Pads/rotors done last month.

    Right/Passenger:

    • Reman Shaft Assembly Front - Toyota (43430-0C040-84) or new (43430-0C040) or HD Napa Extreme Environment CV Axle Part #: NCV 941533. (I am going reman its under 100). Not looking at cvj axles never mind rcv.
    • Oil Seal; Seal - Toyota (90311-47013)
    • Differential Carrier Front Seal, Right 90311-47026
    • Cap - Toyota (43514-34020)
    Left/Driver:

    • Reman Shaft Assembly Front - Toyota (43430-0C040-84) or new (43430-0C040) or HD Napa Extreme Environment CV Axle Part #: NCV 941533. (I am going reman its under 100) Not looking at cvj axles never mind rcv.
    • Oil Seal; Seal - Toyota (90311-47013)
      Product ID: 90311-47013
    • Cap - Toyota (43514-34020)

Perfect timing. I need to replace my driver's side, and the local dealers are all out of them. So I'm going to have to have these shipped for a premium to me.

    which axle going with?

My local dealer said backorder was 146 pieces across the country for reman, yet seemed to think would not be all that long and call back couple days for better idea as i ordered today. I can wait a bit. My next choice was the Napa extreme. I did not consider NAPA long travel, or NAPA cheaper axles.

Which seals, maybe a bearing, that I need are what is not 100% on.

I was hoping to go OEM, but not like we have any choice now except to wait or go aftermarket. Online sites had in stock ordering but I got an email that they can't fulfill the order.

Can't even buy a rebuild kit from Toyota

At this point, I'm just going to grab a set of boots from Off Road Solutions and reboot the axles. They're not clicking or making noise. The boots themselves are not torn, just the clamp on one is loose enough to let grease come out.

I'll grab a set of rebuilt OEM ones when they're back in stock to keep on standby.
