I have cleaned the throttle body and the mass air flow sensor and the engine is still running rough. I have no check engine light and when I check there are nor codes that show. I could use some help.

I thought about that but in the past when a coil went out I got the check engine light and a code identifying the cylinder.

    Thanks for the response.

No garage so parked outside. No problem with rodents at this point. As soon as problem started I used a fuel treatment for moisture and since then have filled tank with fresh gas.

Staying with the simple. Pull the positive lead off the battery for 30 minutes fully draining all the electricity and "resetting" systems.

Sometimes it helps to replace the transmission fluid especially if it only runs roughly at idle and there are not misfire codes.

When does it run rough? At idle? In gear? What does the idle do in gear vs idle?

It runs rough mostly when I am pulling out from a stop or sometimes accelerating up a hill.

Thank you. We ended up replacing the Mass Air Flow Sensor. I still don't have any codes we were just going down the list of possibilities. I drove it today and it was running pretty rough and for the first time I had codes. P0171 Bank 1 and P0174 Bank 2. System too lean. I don't know if I got a faulty sensor or there is something else not working properly. Any suggestions.
