Hi all! Does anyone know if the sensitivity of the adaptive cruise can be made more sensitive? I seem like in stop and go traffic and some interstate traffic it is not stopping quick enough and have to brake manually immediately and i have it set on max distance from the car in front of me and the sensors show a car in front of me. I have a 2020 highlander and it works perfectly . Any ideas ? Thanks for all replies . smiley tn1

Funny you mention that, I have a 2020 highlander too and that system is a lot better. I had the same issue but really only in the city where it would accelerate really hard, then brake aggressively way too late. It's been really nice on two lane roads though.

Would recommend you have the ADAS recalibrated. Cameras and radar are likely not correct which will cause all the issues you are seeing.
