I just had everything done at 30K (a 30K service for heavy usage plus some extra stuff) per that Toyota Master Mechanic on U-Tube. It should be between 900 and 1300 dollars. I think mine was $890 but they gave me a big discount because I have been doing business with them for over thirty years. If you do it yourself you save a ton of money.

The Toyota guide is simply a guideline, not a one size fits all. It really depends on age, and type of usage as well. Then, of course upgrades. Pretty sure many maintenance items are covered under upgrades for many of us. For example, battery replacement, brake upgrade, tires, etc. Just do what is right for you and your truck.
