I have four TSS wheels and BFGoodrich tires. I was wondering if they would be worth selling. The wheels have a stained milky white look due to a degreaser (super clean & purple power) that I cannot clean off. The tires are 275/55/20 (probably 5,000-10,000 miles left) and the wheels are 20×9 +50. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. 20230717_195719.jpg 20230717_195710.jpg 20230717_195701.jpg 20230717_195646.jpg

I'd list them.. There's always someone somewhere looking to buy something. As far as the looks of the wheels, I'm no expert, but couldn't said buyer have them powder coated afterwards so I wouldn't be too worried about that.

Haha that is very true. Maybe Ebay? Thanks for your insight. I really appreciate it

In my opinion, you're kind of limited to 2 types of buyers:
    1. Someone that knows they can refurbish the wheels with powder coating or painting etc. They'd be looking to buy at a price point where they can do this or their buddy's shop can do it for less than the cost of a new wheel. The tires are almost a non-factor.

    2. Someone looking for a set of wheels and tires that they can swap for winter time driving and they dont care how the finish currently looks nor how it will look after some salt-baths. Also will be looking at a similarly low price point (as take-off wheels are often readily available for this purpose).

And finally, as per the B/S/T rules of the forum, you need to have been a member for 1 month, and need to have 50 substantiative posts before you can list here. (The wheels / tires also need to be off of your truck too).

    Godspeed.

I had a similar looking wheel that came with the truck that was chrome dipped (and peeling horribly) but a local place that does dealer takes off still gave me $500 for them on a trade towards what I have on the truck now. If you've got a spot that does that you may get some money off your next purchase under one roof
