Off roading specific mods: 4" lift Billstein bypass/ reservoir 8112 shocks 37"×18" wheels TRD cold air intake TRD front sway bar Ironman custom front bumper Rough country rear bumper Cali raised rock sliders

Went from 35" to 37" tires.
What do I need to upgrade?
Cv axles..?

You can if you want. Most people dont upgrade CV axles. Tires (even as big as 37s) aren't going to cause issues. Thats more dependent on your lift height

Differential gears is the "almost a must" and a speedometer calibration if you want proper function of everything

Depending on your lift, front cab mount chop for clearance when turning.
