2016 crewmax limited. master switch has 2x auto up/down window

The driver side door recently stopped unlocking when using the aftermarket alarm remote and when using both the driver and passenger door switch. But I am able to lock the door with any of those methods. I did some research and it might be a loose connection or the actuator has gone bad.

I opened the door panel and checked all the connections and even replaced the actuator with a oem refub actuator. Also checkes all the fuses in both location for a burnt fuse. I found none. None of these fixed my issue. I took apart the actuator where the two door cable are connected. The white cable that controls the lock will move forward to lock the car but does not move back when pressing unlock either by the door switch or remote. The driver side is the only door that will not unlock. All the other doors are functioning properly.

I inspected the cable and it looks fine. I even dropped some wd40 inside the sleeve to see it moves freely. It is not bent or twisted.

Can anyone else suggest any thing that I am missing? My only other choice is to replace Master switch.
