    Hello Everybody,

I am posting this because I had to deal with replacement the lower ball joints on the truck. The process of how to replace them is in the video linked below. The main reason for the post, however, is to share some information on the brand of ball joints and where I got them. I did not have time to order my LBJ from rock auto, and shipping to Alaska was unavailable to me for this particular brand. I was able to find these 555 brand LBJ through NAPA. I will add the images of what they look like and how they are stamped. Apparently they are made in Japan and are of good quality. According to the internet, they are suppliers to some manufactures. I was not able to find any post on these and where to find them, so here they are. If you live in the lower 48, there is a seller on Ebay that can get these to you. The price is pretty similar to what I paid through NAPA. Hope this helps somebody in the future.

    Oscar

FYI, those are the same ball joints as the Beck Arnley I ordered for my truck. These are supposedly near identical (if not identical) to the OEM LBJ.
