Hmm. I cleared mine once before by checking that box. I have noticed that old numbers stay in the boxes sometimes. I just change them and try again.

    Thanks.

Wash/iron remover, clay, took the most time.

    Taping sucked.

Stage 1 was the most labour and arm intensive.

    Stage 2 wasn't bad.

Stage 3 (wax) was fun as it showed us the results for our work and was pretty quick.

Now I have to go back and clean all the windows again.

I did a similar mod for my M3. Ended up hating how thick the new sporty carbon fiber flat bottom wheel was.

What are your thoughts? Does this one feel like your holding a pool noodle when driving?

Not today, but about 3 weeks ago. For a few weeks I had this popping, creaking sound. Was scared it was my suspension or something else bad. Finally narrowed it down to my skid/cat plate. I had installed it back in Feb I think so was surprised that it had just started. Mine is from @Talon2006 garage. Finally isolated it to the seam below (not my pic - but mine is the same). So about 3 weeks ago I hit the seam with a bunch of WD40 Specialist. I didn’t loosen it or anything … just put the spray tube right up to it. Maybe it had gotten some grit or something between. I guess the truck flexes just enough to cause some movement. I don’t know, but it’s been 3 weeks and still quiet.

We did the wash one day, however long your normal wash takes. Then an iron remover, which was about an hour.

Clay bar next morning. That took an hour or so, with two people, so 2 hrs. We did it with a spray bottle full of car wash soap each.

Next day we started the 3 step with the Griots G9. A quick touchless wash and dry before hand as we park outside and have gravel roads in our area, although they are pretty much paved feeling.

The actual 3 step process, with two people, took about 4 hours, so 8 man hours. Maybe 1 more hour later that day, as I applied a second application of wax and buffed.

Add 30 minutes at the end for missed hand buffing spots, and to Windex/beadmaker the windows as they had lots of gunk from the polisher splatter.

We are NOT experts and it was our first time.

Experimented with a permanent ScanGauge 3 mount. Two options that I came up with. I think I may stay with the 2nd one.

Just purchased the OFFROAM phone mount. 85 bucks!

Hopefully it works for me as well as it has for others. I have a Note Galaxy and someone in here specifically said it worked great for their Note.

That’s right where I have my boost/AFR gauge. You have to take your eyes off the road but it’s not being obnoxious mounted up by A pillar. Compromise.

7.8mpg with this load of ~3600lbs. 65mph in 4th gear because it won’t hold it in 5th gear. Time for some 5.29’s because that’s ridiculous.

I think it is a really solid mount …was one of the first things to go in the truck!
Can’t speak on your fitment ( think I have a 13 plus iPhone) but hopefully it will work well for you

Put on a set of Dobinsons L59-121-R HD leaf kit. These provide 2.5" of lift, so I put the stock shackles back on and removed my Coachbuilder +3 s. It was a tough job by myself with how heavy they are and of course it was one of the hottest days of the year so far.... The heavy ass leaf pack on the drivers side accidentally ripped the abs wheel sensor on one side so now I need to splice it or replace that soon

By the way, I removed the TRD sway bar as well as it was now hitting the new leaf packs. I don't think I will use it anymore but I'm curious if anyone knows if longer end links are available?

They are available, I'll see if I can find a link for you. If I do, I might be interested in yours - someone here has a front and rear TRD swaybar set I was interested in, but his links were missing, so this could complete the set, hmm

I was pretty tired when I tried fitting it the other day so it might still work. When I tried it, the end links couldn't reach unless the bar was rotated upward so it was touching the leaf on each side. Maybe I'll take a closer look.

Went and had my buddies at the dealer smoke test the evap system so we can find the issue. Now to order the parts and fix. Also did a drain and fill on the trans.
