2021 Black Tundra 4X4 TSS

this bumper is equipped with two led license plate lights that have shorted out against the small metal light fixture. Using extremely fine wire with no insulation between wire and fixture is the problem. Ive contacted Rough Country about this but no response as of yet. Does anyone know of a replacement for these fixtures or a complete replacement with more substantial wiring and insulation? Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
